Most women don’t understand the relationship between cup sizes and band sizes. They might assume that since a bra is too loose that they can decrease the band size and solve the problem. In reality while the band size will be snug enough, the cup will probably be too small. And as if this complicated juggling act weren’t bad enough, the fact that there is no standard in the industry for how bras are sized can certainly sink the ship of bra confidence and make for hours of endless shopping and hair pulling.

One of the most common complaints that women have about their bras is that they are uncomfortable. They blame themselves and the way they are shaped for their discomfort, not realizing that it is NOT them. The ill fitting “vampire” bra is the culprit. These bras should be staked and banished to a hole in the backyard. End of story.

A proper fitting bra is about more than just looking good, although you WILL look GOOD. It's about breast health, maintaining proper circulation and preventing irreversible damage to breast tissue.
